Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! We will gladly accept a return and issue a refund at any time, for any reason, for any item that is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Tags (including any tag sticker that was on the item when received) must be intact. The item must not have any pet or human hair on it, must not smell of cigarette smoke, must not be stained, etc. Basically, it has to be in re-sellable condition.
Contact email@example.com to inform us of your intention to return the items for a refund. Please include the order number from your confirmation email. We will reply with the return shipping address and an RMA number. Include this number on the outside of your return shipping package.
DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE. This is the address of our manufacturer, not our office.
Please also note that original shipping costs are not refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. You will be refunded the full price you paid for the merchandise itself.
At this time we cannot accept exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your shirt for another, please send the original item in as a return, and purchase the item you prefer.
After we receive your merchandise and confirm that it is in re-sellable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If we cannot accept the return for any reason, we will let you know and will return the merchandise to you if you wish.
