What if I need to make a change to my order?
Please contact us immediately. We will do what we can to change your order, but if it is already being fulfilled by our supplier, we may not be able to make changes. Generally speaking, we can't ever guarantee an order can be altered once placed.
I forgot to use my promo code!
Unfortunately, we can't apply a promo code to an already-placed order. Please keep it and use it another time.
I bought this tee last week and now it's on sale.
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can't provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it. To be notified of when items go on sale, you can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter or follow us on Facebook.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Henry & Laffite Mercantile has to charge sales tax in California and North Carolina as we have physical locations in those states. We wish there was a way around this, but unfortunately there is not.
Why are you not replying to my email?
Please add email@example.com to your contacts or check your spam box as we always answer all questions within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! They are available in denominations of $25, $50, and $100.
Do you have a sizing chart?
What materials and inks do you use?
All of our shirts are Bella + Canvas 3413 Unisex Tri-Blend shirts. They are 50% polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon.
We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.
How should I wash your shirts?
Our shirts are machine washable and machine dryable. Generally, you should machine wash cold and tumble dry low. You can also hang dry if you prefer. Always wash Henry & Laffite shirts inside-out, to maximize the life of the design print on the outside.
I've got an idea for a shirt you should make!
While we're flattered you'd think to offer us your fantastic idea, sadly we cannot accept shirt ideas. We need to own the intellectual property rights to our designs in order to sell them legally, and so we need to create our designs in-house.
